Our technicians are completely certified. A+ certification is a pc upgrade and repair cert. Network+ is a basic networking certification. CCNA is a Cisco Certified Network Associate. A CCNA can design networks, troubleshoot switches and routers.
Having an onsite Certified Technician with a Bachelor's Degree will cost at least $35k a year. If that is out of your budget you have to call someone in that might take days. With our service plan you have an on call Technician. We realize computer problems do not happen everyday, but when they do you need someone right away. Thus to save you money we have local area service plans.

SERVICE PLANS
Here is how it work a contract for a monthly base pay rate is decided upon (depending upon size office or school) once you reach you monthly limit of services hours you are not charge extra but less.

Take for instance if a school with two coputer labs and two pc's in every class room totaling to 100 pc's, the school pays a base monthly fee of $400 if the school surpasses service hours the hourly rate decreases to $15 an hour.

Basic Charter School
$400 a month : 20 service hours at $20 an hour: If customer exceeds monthly service hours rates decrease 20% and the customer is charged $15 an hour.

Small Office Package
$300 a month : 15 service hours at $20 an hour: If customer exceeds monthly service hours rates decrease 15% and the customer is charged $17 an hour.
